More than 60 years, Youth Hostel Zonnedauw has been home to young people who want to have fun; playing in nature and staying in comfortable accommodations.

Who are we?
Youth Hostel Zonnedauw is tucked away among the greenery of the Kempen region of Belgium, a place filled with fun and possibilities. There are 5 hectares of woodland and fields to explore.
Jef De Saedeleir and his wife Katrien run the site. Zonnedauw has 3 fully-equipped group accommodation blocks You can also, subject to prior arrangement, put up additional tents on the grassy areas around each block. The surrounding greenery is the ideal backdrop for woodland activities, treasure hunts, group games and contests and everything that makes young hearts beat faster.
Although the site is in a peaceful rural location, there are bakeries, butchers, supermarkets and leisure facilities within easy reach. This makes the practical side of organising a camp or weekend away a piece of cake.
